How long will it take for my order to arrive?
National delivery is approximately 5 days. International delivery is approximately 10 days. Please note that these are estimations only, as shipping times are subject to change depending on location.
Full tracking and delivery estimation will be available once your table has been shipped.
Please note that if you live in Brisbane, you can pick your table up from the Brokat office in Banyo during normal business hours. Please confirm a pickup time prior to the pickup date by emailing our team at firstname.lastname@example.org! You will be notified via email when your TinyPong™ is ready to collect. Be sure to specify on your order form that you will be picking up your table and not having it delivered.
What are the dimensions of the table and artwork files required?
All TinyPong™ tables are 100cmx60cm and stand at 84cm tall.

Are there any restrictions for artwork?
You must own the intellectual property rights to all of the artwork you use.
We are a family friendly company. We don’t allow artwork with nudity or offensive designs and language. If we ever decline your artwork, we will fully explain why and make suggestions for alterations or alternatives.
There are no restrictions on the level of detail for your artwork. Our printers are capable of photo-quality prints. Artwork can include photos, graphic designs, logos, and much more!
What is your refunds and returns policy?
We do not provide refunds or accept returns if you change your mind.
However, if your table has arrived damaged that’s another story. Send us a picture at email@example.com and we’ll get the problem solved!
I submitted an order for a custom design but have changed my mind. Can I cancel the order or alter my design?
Any alterations to your design must be sent to our designers a full 48 hours before each print run begins - which means you have the two business days prior to the the 1st and 15th of every month. We will send you a mock-up of your custom design for approval, at which point you can request alterations, before printing regardless - we want to ensure that your TinyPong™ is the best that it can be!
For alterations after final approval, contact our designers on firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and any changes needed. Please note that after final approval alterations will attract a $50 fee.
We understand that a TinyPong™ isn’t for everyone. Cancellations will attract a cancellation fee of 15% of the full price. Be aware that cancellations have to be received via email BEFORE the print run has started. Cancellations during print will attract a fee of 50% of the full price.
Will my artwork be used for any other purpose than my TinyPong™?
We will not sell your artwork or a replica of your TinyPong™ to anyone unless you grant permission.
However, we would love to show off your TinyPong™ design on our social channels! If you’d like to opt out of this that is A-OK - just indicate so on the proofing form.
I need artwork altered or created for my custom TinyPong™ table. Can your designers make it happen?
Our designers are fully prepared to make your dreams a reality!
If you have artwork that you want on a TinyPong™ table, but the art needs a little love, we can work our design magic for a $50 design fee. This covers editing images for tidiness and neatening logos.
Artwork, such as logos, that do not require alterations and just need to be dropped onto one of our standard TinyPong™ backgrounds will not attract a design fee. These custom tables cost $299, and include simple additions to the board, like phone numbers or web and email addresses, at no extra cost.
Do custom TinyPong™ orders take longer to develop?
We print twice a month. Unless there are issues that arise with your artwork, custom orders can slide into our regular print runs. To meet the next available print run be sure to submit your order by the 1st or 15th of the month.
I need a TinyPong™ ASAP! Can I get my order rushed?
Yes, we can do rush orders* for an additional fee of $50. Be sure to include a note in the comments section of your order asking for a rush. Please be aware that there will also be increased shipping costs for a rush delivery.
Orders must be placed before 10am at least 5-7 business days from when the table is needed. Unfortunately, there is no free pickup for rush orders.
*Unless otherwise stipulated. Printer availability affects rush orders.

What are your payment methods?
We accept PayPal and AfterPay.
If I buy in bulk, can I get a discount?
If you buy ten tables, you can get 10% off your order.
How do I clean and care for my TinyPong™?
Be good to your TinyPong™ and your TinyPong™ will be good to you! Avoid any chemical cleaners, as these may damage the print, and clean your table with a damp cloth.
How long are limited edition TinyPong™ designs available for?
Limited edition designs will run for 6 months! Some designs are event and season specific and will only be available for a short time.
Be sure to get your order in before time’s up!
I need replacements parts. Can I get them from you?
We are working on having spare nets, paddles, and balls available for purchase. Stay tuned!
Unfortunately, we don’t do board replacements. You are more than welcome to order another table with the same design!
